Lindsay got lucky again and will not have to sit another 30 days in jail for violating her probation for cocain and Adderall abuse. Judge Fox released Lohan because of “jail overcrowding” and she was allowed to go home. Lindsay better be counting her lucky stars and thanking God that she has a good attorney. The LA County probation department confirmed that she failed her drug test once again.
